Teletubbies To Return After 10 Years To Film 60 New Episodes

It once was the most popular Children’s TV show years ago but now Teletubbies is set to make a come back to our screens.
The pre-school show is about Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po, and of corse that big baby face sun and their adventures on a hill surrounded by rabbits.
The producers are currently making 60 new episodes and will air in 45 languages and 120 territories.
CBeebies controller Kay Benbow has said about the news:
'Teletubbies is an enduringly popular series with our youngest viewers, although no new episodes have been made for over 10 years.
'I think that now is the right time to create new episodes of this much-loved, iconic show for the current CBeebies audience. I’m sure they will engage with and delight in the activities of Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po, in the same way that children and parents did when they first appeared on our screens.'
We have to say this is good news because lots of children loved this show years ago so we bet they will like it this time around.
